On receipt of the documents they are then forwarded (by guaranteed next day delivery) to a Process Server local to where the documents are to be served. With over one hundred process servers in the UK we can insure a local server is allocated, which ensures a cost effective service.
As soon as the Process Server has received the documents he or she will then personally serve them in a professional and efficient manner. When the company or individual has been served you will be notified by phone or email. After this the Process Server will then prepare either a Sworn Affidavit, Statement of Service or Certificate of Service as proof of service. The format for the proof of service is discussed with you prior to the documents being served. As soon as proof of service is obtained it is sent back to you with our report, again either by DX or guaranteed next day delivery.
